As the Senior Managing Director, Investment Properties, Greater China, Greg Penn is responsible for major acquisition and disposals of direct properties in Greater China and indirect entity level investments as the head of the Greater China Capital Markets Group.

 

Greg has thirty years experience in the property industry in both Australia and Asia and has a broad base of professional and management expertise in investment properties business.

 

As part of his role in overseeing the investment properties services, Greg is also responsible for the coordination of all major mandates / client strategies associated with real estate investment within Greater China.  This also includes cross-border investment strategies for and on behalf of regional and global clients.  Greg is also a member of the CB Richard Ellis Greater China Executive Management Team.
