It is a one-stop service provider, staffed by experienced lease administration professionals who manage residential portfolios for clients’ expatriate staff, and full time negotiators who are highly skilled in handling expatriate housing requirements.

• Providing rent comparables, verifying ownership of the property
• Assisting in utilities application

• Negotiating for lease renewal/preparing to hand back the property
